Other Ways To Support

If you're looking to fulfill CASA's direct needs, consider donating items to our various projects. 

Many foster youth enter care with few personal belongings and may not have consistent access to essential hygiene products. Access to personal care necessities helps support their health, confidence, and overall well-being during times of transition.  

Many foster youth experience multiple placements and often have to transport their belongings in trash bags or other temporary containers. Having a suitcase or duffel bag provides dignity, comfort, and a sense of ownership during difficult transitions.

Many children in foster care have experienced abuse, neglect, or significant life disruptions. Toys provide comfort, encourage healthy development, and give children opportunities for play, joy, and emotional expression.

Your generosity helps provide comfort, stability, and a sense of care to young people navigating the foster care system. All donations are delivered directly to the Capital Area CASA office.
